MAGGIO Refund & Replacement Policy

Cancellations request cannot be accommodated once the order enters the shipping process, however you can refuse the product at the time of delivery, so that it returns back to us and a refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
When refunds or replacements apply
- Delayed delivery: If the product is not received, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund within 7 working days. (MAGGIO is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, natural calamities, or national holidays.)
- Wrong product received: If you receive a different product than ordered. report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged product received: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
For the three conditions above (wrong or damaged product), we will arrange a reverse-pickup. Refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the complete product with original packaging and accessories.
Missing or damaged accessories
If any items (including the box) are missing or damaged beyond what you've notified us about, the value of those missing/damaged parts will be debited from your advance payment and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If you request a replacement, payment for any missing items must be made in advance before the replacement is shipped.
What is not covered
- Dissatisfaction with the appearance or quality of a product that is not defective. Physical damage during delivery that is not reported within 24 hours of delivery. Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence after the product has been delivered.
